Rental Process
1. Submit Booking Form
- Complete the form below with all the required details to expedite the process.
- VALID ID OR PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS.
- Bulk orders should include the full day breakdown in the “What Items Do You Need?” section.
- Local orders are orders within the greater Los Angeles area, all other regions will be shipped.
2. Complete Credit Card Authorization Form
- After the booking form is completed you’ll receive a credit card authorization agreement with a quote and details of the rental period to the email provided.
- Review the credit card authorization agreement and Terms And Conditions.
- Complete this form to finalize your order.
3. Review Confirmation Email & Receipt
- Review confirmation email and receipt for pick up or delivery instructions.
- Reschedules and size changes are permitted on a case by case bases.
